Terms of Service

By accessing or using AdAtlas ("the Service", "Platform"), operated by AdAtlas ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AdAtlas. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with notice to you.

AdAtlas is a SaaS platform that provides tools for media buyers to manage multiple Meta (Facebook) advertising accounts. The Service includes:

• A bulk ad uploader for publishing ads across multiple Meta ad accounts simultaneously
• A campaign management dashboard with analytics and budget controls
• Cross-account creative performance analytics (Creative Intelligence add-on)
• Account configuration tools including naming convention and UTM templates

The Service is accessed via a web application at app.adatlas.io. We provide the Service "as is" and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

To use AdAtlas, you must create an account using Google OAuth or Apple OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access at support@adatlas.io

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you register on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

4.1 Plans and Pricing
AdAtlas offers the following paid plans:

• Base Plan: €29/month, includes all core features.
• Base + Creative Intelligence: €39/month (€29 base + €10 add-on), includes all Base Plan features plus the Creative Intelligence dashboard.

4.2 Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. We will notify you before the trial ends.

4.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in EUR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.

4.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you. If payment remains outstanding after 7 days, access to the Service may be suspended until the balance is settled.

You agree to use AdAtlas only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or other malicious content
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal usage
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service in a way that causes harm to AdAtlas, Meta, or third parties

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these provisions.

AdAtlas accesses Meta advertising platforms through the official Meta Marketing API. By using AdAtlas to connect and manage Meta ad accounts, you agree to:

• Comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Advertising Policies, and Developer Policies
• Only connect ad accounts that you own or have explicit permission to manage
• Not use AdAtlas to circumvent Meta's ad review processes, policies, or enforcement actions
• Accept that Meta may restrict, suspend, or terminate API access at any time, which may impact the Service's functionality

AdAtlas is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta, Facebook, and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all ad account data and creative assets associated with your accounts. By using AdAtlas, you grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to software, algorithms, UI design, and documentation) are owned by AdAtlas and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, create derivative works, or commercialize any part of the Service.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data retrieved from Meta's API, as this is outside our control.

Ad performance results and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. AdAtlas does not guarantee any particular business results from using the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADATLAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) €100 EUR.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdAtlas, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including Meta's policies; or (d) any content or ads you create or publish through the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Slovenia (or the EU member state in which AdAtlas is incorporated), without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which AdAtlas is incorporated.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice except in cases of serious breach where immediate termination is warranted.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support@adatlas.io to request account deletion.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including Sections 7–12.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.
